GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM

This program is open for all nationalities currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree

  • Fluency in the English language

  • Adaptation to flexible working hours

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Has great leadership personality

  • Flexibility in traveling inside and outside Saudi Arabia

Skills:

  • Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft suite

  • A high level of communication skills

  • Excellent office organizing skills

  • Proficiency in documenting meeting notes

  • Managing task programs and following them up

  • Mastery in writing content

  • Researching skills and managing statistics

  • Knowledgeable in dealing with project management programs

Program Structure:

  • Trainees will spend three (3) to six (6) months in a training period learning alongside current TAVI staff members.

  • After the training period, trainees will advance to the apprenticeship stage, which entails more hands-on experience and a monthly stipend.

Upon completion of the 3-months training program, successful candidates will be offered a full-time position based on their strengths and interests in consideration of the need of TAVI.
